Scholarship Forms 
The mission of Youth Strike for Christ is to provide a spiritually enriching event for youth. Our goal is to make sure everyone who desires to attend can attend. We understand how difficult finances have been and continue to be. We want to work with you and your local church to make it possible for every youth to attend! Scholarships and grants may be available to those needing financial assistance beyond what is provided through the local church. Another way to cut down on costs for adult chaperones is to invite them to attend for FREE as a Small Group Leader. Find more information about Small Group Leaders here! We also advise you to look into alternative sources of funding through your local church, district office and the fund raising link on this website. Individual ScholarshipsA single youth up to 4 in a youth group with financial need. Limited individual scholarships of up to $75.00 are available for youth and youth groups who have 1-4 youth applying. If your group has 5+ youth in need of assistance, complete the Group Scholarship form and look at our fundraising link. A completed scholarship application must be received by December 16, 2011. Applicants will be notified by December 19, 2011, as to whether or not they have received a scholarship. For those who receive a scholarship, a completed registration for Youth Strike for Christ must be received by January 1, 2012, including the reduced registration fee of $84.00. A registration received after January 1, 2012, will result in the forfeiting of the scholarship. Click here for the Individual Scholarship form.(All forms are in Adobe Acrobat format. Click here go download the free reader.) Return Completed Individual form by December 16, 2011 to: Youth groups with 5 or more youth with financial need. The Group Scholarship form was created to help youth groups who are still in need of assistance after every fundraising opportunity is exhausted. Please use this form as your last resort to obtain additional assistance to attend Youth Strike. The funds given through the Group Scholarship are not the same amount per person as the Individual Scholarships, so if you have 1-4 youth in your group with dire financial need, use the Individual Scholarship form.
