We realize that the price of registration can be difficult for some people or youth groups to raise to attend Youth Strike for Christ. Every year the Youth Strike for Christ committee does everything possible to keep the cost of the event as low as it can. Youth Strike for Christ has put together some ideas on how to raise funds to attend.
1. Apply for an YSFC (Youth Strike for Christ) scholarship. See Scholarship for more details. 2. The following are links to some website which have ideas for fund raising: Top 7 Youth Fundraising ideas from Ezine Articles 3. Book - Ready-to-Go Fundraisers: 50 Ways to Fund Your Ministry, Abingdon Press (Cokesbury) 4. Sell sub sandwiches. Go to your local meat store and bread store and tell them you are putting on a fund raiser. Sometimes they will sell you the supplies at a reduce price. Get all your youth together (with some adults) , make an assembly line and put sub sandwiches together. 5. Have the youth put on dinners at your church. This is very good right after Sunday service. ( Spaghetti or lasagna dinners, soup suppers, baked potato or taco bar, beef burgers or hot dog dinners ) 6. Sell Christian t-shirts. Search the internet, there are all kinds of fundraising companies and ideas.
