Below are packets for Youth Leaders, Adults, and Youth attending Youth Strike. Chose the packet that best suits your needs.

Youth Leaders/Youth Pastors Packet

Youth Leaders are responsible for collecting all registrations, creating room assignment forms, and mailing in all your groups' forms with payment. This packet includes all the information and supplies you will need! If you are an adult/youth pastor/leader in charge of a youth group who will be attending YSFC, download this Registration Packet.

This packet includes all necessary paperwork to register yourself, chaperones, and youth for YSFC. This includes: Instructions, Checklist, Youth & Adult Room Assignments, Youth & Adult Medical Releases, Youth & Adult Registrations, 11th & 12th Grade Break-Out Tracks, and the Individual Scholarship Forms.

Adult/Chaperones Registration Packet

This packet includes all the information and supplies adult chaperones need! Download and print this packet, fill out the necessary information, and give the packet with your payment to the youth leader in charge of your group.

 

This includes: Instructions, an Adult Medical Release, and an Adult Registration Form.
